Outlook 2007 - Calendar and Contact Duplications
I have 2 email accounts. The first is a business account (POP3) and the
second is a personal account (gmail). Both are set up in my Outlook 2007. The problems that I am experiencing are that I now have (2) calendars and (2) contact lists. The biggest problem is when I sync my Blackberry, some information is transfered and some is not. This presents a huge problem when I create new appointments on either the handheld or desktop and they don't sync properly leaving me with lost appointments and/or contacts when I sync them together. Is there anyway to consolidate them so that both the handheld and laptop are looking in the right locations and placing information on (1) calender and in (1) address book??? -- -JR |

Outlook 2007 - Calendar and Contact Duplications
That's only possible when you configure your Gmail account as a POP3
account. An IMAP account will require an additional folder set as it represents the folders on the server. Only the delivery of POP3 and Exchange accounts can be set to a different or single location. -- Robert Sparnaaij [MVP-Outlook] Coauthor, Configuring Microsoft Outlook 2003 http://www.howto-outlook.com/ Outlook FAQ, HowTo, Downloads, Add-Ins and more http://www.msoutlook.info/ Real World Questions, Real World Answers ----- "jrmi22" wrote in message ...
