My own calendar schedules...For multiple computers...how?
this has nothing to do w outlook. the appt invite is being sent to hotmail
email. when i click on the "calendar" button in the email, the old style msn calendar opens and the appt is added. this appt does not sync with the new windows liveone calendar. this is all despite the fact that window liveone calendar is my default calendar, ie if i am on the mymsn page and click calendar, the windows liveone calendar is displayed. appts added to windows live one page do sync w outlook. i want the appt sent to a hotmail email to be auto added to a calendar that syncs w outlook "Brian Tillman [MVP - Outlook]" wrote: "steve" wrote in message ... when you say copy to a folder, which folder and how do you do it ? Which folder? You're the one who said you want it to go to a different calendar. Put it in the calendar you want it in. in the header of the email, one of the choices is "calendar" and i do not see copy to a folder I said to OPEN the invitation. Then click File. Then click Copy to Folder and specify as the destination the calendar folder where you want the appointment to appear. You have all your calendars defined in Outlook, correct? -- Brian Tillman [MVP-Outlook] |

If the former, I, for one, can't tell you have to do what you ask. I don't use Hotmail calendars at all. -- Brian Tillman [MVP-Outlook] |
