Default Sharing custom themes in Office 2007 - how to?

Hi -- thanks in advance for the help...

In Office 2007 apps, I understand how to customize a theme, and save
it as a THMX file, and I even understand that the file ends up in the
Document Themes folder.

However, I can't figure out if when I want to share a custom theme, I
send just the THMX file, or if I need to send the files in the
Document Themes subfolders as well (Theme Colors, Theme Fonts, etc.).

Also, if I send a template that uses a custom theme, do I need to
send the THMX file separately or is the theme info carried in the
template file itself?

Thanks!
