Default looking for no spacing button in the styles group under home tab

using word 2007, it was mentioned in a textbook, to click on the no spacing
button in the styles group under the home tab, i cant seem to find it, i am
working with a table, and trying to remove paragraph spacing below text in
each cell.

Default looking for no spacing button in the styles group under home tab

Press Ctrl+Shift+Alt+S to display the Styles pane. Click the Manage Styles
button. Click the Edit tab. Locate the No Spacing style, and select it. Click
Modify. Check the "Add to Quick Style list" option, and click OK twice. Now
you should be able to apply the No Spacing style via the Styles group of the
Home tab.
