Default Clipboard Size Adjustment

If possible, how can I increase the size of clipboard memory allowed when
downloading data from an Excel spreadsheet (on a website) for pasting into a
different Excel spreadsheet -- so that I don't receive the annoying prompt
for approval when the file size is so small (i.e. less than 40 KB, for
example). I'm using a MACRO to download the data. Thank you.
