Removal of Office XP
Hi.
After updating a computer from Office XP to Office 2003 I discovered that Office XP is still on th e computer. This is quite frustrating when I try to update Office 2003 and in the same run updating Office XP. How can I remove Office XP? I have tried to use the Add/Remove programs without any luck. Thank you in advance. |

Possibly OfficeXp included a component that wasnt included in your version
of Office2003, so that component was left on the sys. "Dag N" wrote in message ... Hi. After updating a computer from Office XP to Office 2003 I discovered that Office XP is still on th e computer. Hi.
Thank you for your answer. That could be. Why is this the only computer I experience this problem? When doing an update, it update all patches for Office XP. Yes, it will take on all of the patches for XP even tho it only has one part
of it. As for why this system and not the others, I'd suggest running Belarc Advisor and see what's on each of the computers. Obviously that one system is not the same as the others. -- JoAnn Paules MVP Microsoft [Publisher] "Dag N" wrote in message ... Hi. Thank you for your answer. That could be.
