Default Access VB Help

This is weird! In an Access 2000 VB module, I type in movenext, then press
the F1 Key. I select the DAO library and click on help. I get the message:
"An error occured and this feature is no longer functioning properly. Would
you like to repair this feature now?" I click on the Yes button and it
starts to configure. After a few seconds, I get a blank Microsoft Visual
Basic screen. I close it, go back to help, and the same thing happens again.

I have already tried uninstalling office twice and the same results occur.
Any ideas? Thanks.
