Appointments do not display the correct time since daylight savings time change

Ever since the time change on 4/4 to daylight savings time our XP systems that are running Outlook 2000 do not show the correct time. When we go to adjust the setting for daylight savings time the appointment is corrected but the clock on the PC is incorrect now.
