Default Progress Bar when sending large emails

I used to have a Progress Bar or Status Bar displayed when sending large
emails. For some reason it went away and I do not know how to restore it. Any
suggestions are appreciated.

I looked there. I only see pop3.ecentral.com which is my provider (and I have
asked them this question) and "Free/busy Information" which is grayed out.

Which version of Outlook?

At the very bottom is there a menu for Send/Receive settings?
