Default IE Send A Link/Send A Page

When using Send a Link or Send A Page from Internet Explorer, the following
window displays: Your Microsoft Exchange Server is unavailable -- retry,
work offline or cancel

The message window will not display to send an e-mail. Outlook is
functionining properly, online and connected to Exchange server. Thank you
for any help you can provide.

Is Outlook configured to connect to an Exchange Server on your system?

Yes and it is connected to the server -- Outlook functions properly.

The message displays when Outlook is open or if it is closed.

Have you tried setting up Offline Folders?

Yes, we have off-line turned on by default.

Are you referring to Offline Folders or the 'Work Offline' setting on the
File menu?

Advanced tab, "Offline File Folder Settings"
