recd e-mail as a Word.doc with listing of 42 newspapers that from a mailing label template. I want to place this in a Excel workbook. Is it possible without cut/paste on each individual label? I want the info in columns instead of rows

Usually when one copies data into Excel it winds up all in one column, and
the Data Text to columns feature with the applicable de-limiter will
split it up for you............then, or maybe instead of, you might look at
Copy Paste special Transpose........to move values from all down one
column to being in different columns across one row.........
