combine multiple reports to one PDF
I have 20 reports and a macro that sends them all to a printer. Is there a
way to send the 20 reports to one PDF? We get 20 PDFs and then have to combine them and I'd like a way to skip this step and just make a single PDF that includes all 20 reports in the correct order (pages 1 - 20). Access 2003 |

Merging PDF's has been added, have a look at... http://www.lebans.com/reporttopdf.htm -- Gina Whipp "I feel I have been denied critical, need to know, information!" - Tremors II http://www.regina-whipp.com/index_files/TipList.htm "Ralph" wrote in message news I have 20 reports and a macro that sends them all to a printer. One other issue. The PDF maker prompts for the file location to save the PDF
which would be great to be able to set to a default and thus buzz right through all 20 reports without have to click okay each time. Ralph,
Mine does not because I specified a path ("c:\FolderName" & Me.DocumentNameFromComboBox & ".pdf") Perhaps you didn't enter where to save it... Please copy/paste the line here. -- Gina Whipp "I feel I have been denied critical, need to know, information!" - Tremors II http://www.regina-whipp.com/index_files/TipList.htm "Ralph" wrote in message news One other issue.
