Default headline Repeting

Hi,

I'm trying to make a table headline repeting but sometimes it work and
sometimes not. it seems that the repeting headline flag has 2 options: a V
or full box
What are the table settings that i've to make

Default headline Repeting

If you select the entire table, that box will be filled, indicating an
uncertain or variable state (some rows are heading rows, some not). If you
select just the heading row, it should be checked.
