Default "98" saved emails into my new "XP Pro"???

I now have XP Pro with Outlook Express 6
I have all my old files (under "98' system) on CD's.
How can I transfer those old saved emails (Lots) to my new OE6 ?
Where are the old emails in my old copied files?
Can I just "Ctrl" plus "C" and then paste them into one of my new files?
If so, which new file?
