Default How do I change incoming mail to read in HTML format?

Outlook 2000
Incoming mail should read in HTML format, but all incoming HTML mail
"converts" to plain text.

What settings do I change?

I assume I have changed the obvious.

Check the format of the mail you receive.
Then check your settings in Tools - Options, Mail Format
