I need to change a column from "date" to "text" in an existing table. When I
highlight the column, it does not give me any other options on the formatting, just different types of dates. How can I do this? -- Huggybear551 Maumelle, AR |

Why do you want to do it in the table and not in a query? You should not
need to be in the table at all. In your query use the Format function which returns a string oe text. -- Build a little, test a little.
