Default Holidays

I'm using Outlook 2000, and I have 2 questions:

1 - How do I get holidays after 2002? I went under tools,
options, calendar, add holidays, and got holidays from
1998 to 2002. I really need 2004 and on.

2 - Is there any way to delete all holiday locations?
Everyone where I work knows the holidays are from the
United States.

I appreciate any help anyone can give me.

Thank you.

1) If you have Outlook 2000 or an earlier version, you'll need to import new
holidays for 2003 and later years using a new data source. (Outlook 2002's
holiday lists will last you through 2005.) See
http://www.slipstick.com/calendar/holidays.htm#more and
http://www.slipstick.com/addins/calendar.htm#dates for data sources.

2) You could use the method described at
