Default Trying to sync/backup contacts

The way outlook handles the personal address book/contacts is a PITA.

Looks like Google has opened up some APIs so I can sync the contacts
in to the cloud, so I think I'm cool there.

Next issue I have - is with the Junk Email options. It doesn't seem
like there is an automated way to back that up, and I have searched my
registry and every file on the filesystem and cannot find where this
information is stored. Obviously it's not in plaintext.

There is an "Export" option and an "Import" option... I think they
might be mixed (like Exporting one exports two of the tabs, not sure)

However, is there any tool to automate this? Is there an API for it?

I would be willing to pay a few bucks for someone to make a quick app
to export the whole junk email settings stuff into something re-
usable. Either separate .txt files for each group, or an import and
export tool that handles both. Pretty simple, but I don't code
Microsoft stuff, so it'd take me a few years to find the right APIs
and such probably.

Anyone know of any tools or interest?

If it can at least be exported to text files, then I can have my
normal backup process back it up. The tool should allow for a
customizable location to backup the files to.
