Default Form borders Access 2007

I am trying Access 2007 for the first time. When I create a new form
there are no borders displayed in either Design mode or View mode The Border
Style property is set to Sizable. Somewhere is there a switch or setting
that I do not know about? Access 2003 programs converted to 2007 show a
form border- Bob W

Are you viewing tabbed forms, where you expect them in their own window?

Click the Office Button (top left), the Access Options (bottom of dialog.)
You will find a setting for tabbed windows.

Now that would be a matter of opinion. :-)

Seriously, though, you can configure overlapping windows, as you found. It's
all there - just a matter of learning where to find things in the ribbon,
and that does take time to adjust to.
