Can I colour my profiles and prompt for "From"?
In my organisation quite a few of us work from two different email accounts.
We have two profiles that default to the different From addresses. Unfortunately, a lot of the users have problems remembering which one they're in and frequently send emails out from the wrong address. Is there a way to customise each profile to have a different appearance so that they can easily know which one they're in - ideally a different colour scheme but anything that's clear on screen would do? Something else that would really help is a prompt every time a new message is created that allows us to choose between our two addresses. Can this be done with Outlook's settings or is there a suitable event/VBA/VBScript code combination that would work? Any help on these two points would be greatly appreciated. |
