Default Graph...

I have a Microsoft Graph in a form that is based on a query with 2 parameters.
I also have an unbound combobox to select which year statistics I want to
look at. The problem is when I change the date, the stats (bar graphs) don't
change. How do I link the year selection with the query the graph is based on?

Thanks!
