Re-Installation of Office H/S 2003

Have a desktop which I purchased a retail version of Office S&T 2003.
Installed no problem have my Key code. For Christmas I bought a laptop. I
uninstalled several programs on my desktop that I no longer use to clear up
some RAM. I installed a Belkin Wireless Router for the laptop, no problems.
The laptop works great. BUT, now my outlook says "Microsoft Office Outlook
has not been installed for current user. Please Run SET UP to install
application". I have done this 4 times, it does not ask me for my Key, just
says intallation complete. Then when I go to pull email or open a document
it states again that I must install. Can someone tell me what I have done?

PLEASE!!!!

Ram = random access memory, uninstalling will have little impact on that.
Did you first uninstall any Trial Version of Office together with its
Activation wizard, reboot, prior to installing from cd?

That for helping Sue, I have tried the MS help and that didn't do anything,
it did ask me for my Key Code which I was glad. I purchased this at Best
Buys so I know it isn't pirated. I am going to try the 2nd suggestion now
and see what happens.

I did, saw a posting about that. Still hasn't helped. I purchased this at
Best Buys so I know it isn't pirated. I am going to try Sue's 2nd suggestion
and see if that helps. Someone also suggested calling MS, there is no phone
number in my instruction manual though, anyone out there have a number?
