Here is the new error I am receiving. An unknown error has occurred. Subject 'test', Account: 'emailout_', Server: 'emailout.phoenix.edu', Protocol: SMTP, Server Response: '554 Originator address does not match authentication credentials', Port: 25, Secure(SSL): No, Server Error: 554, Error Number: 0x800CCC6F Thanks for your help |

Given this and your other problem (Error 0x800CCC78), check your account
settings with phoenix.edu's administrator or tech support, Peggy. It would appear that the Server address you're using ('emailout.phoenix.edu') is incorrect, so your other settings may be wrong, too.
