Outlook Rules
I want to be able to sort incoming messages by domain name instead of full
email address. I subscribe to several newsletters, and many of them are from different email addresses with a common domain name. It is tedious to setup separate folders for each email address. If I could sort them by the domain part of the address only, it would be much more functional. If the mechanism already exists to do it, I can't find it. Thanks. -- VC ---------------- This post is a suggestion for Microsoft, and Microsoft responds to the suggestions with the most votes. I found my own solution - the wizard will allow the use of specific words
from the sender's address, so that is the solution. As Emily Litella would say, "nevermind"! -- VC "VC" wrote: I want to be able to sort incoming messages by domain name instead of full email address.
