Turn off automatic paste formatting
In Word XP how do I turn off paste formatting when cutting
and pasting from another document. I want all pasted info to be formatted like the document it's being pasted in to, not the doucment it's being copied from. Every time I cut and paste info the pasted info looks like the document it came from. It's a nuisance to have to change the formatting every time I cut an paste some thing Thank You Sharon |

When pasting, click on Edit | Paste Special | Paste: As: Unformatted
text | OK. Sharon wrote: In Word XP how do I turn off paste formatting when cutting and pasting from another document.
