Why can't I get Word 2007 header row to repeat?
Hi,
I've set, under Table Properties, the header row to repeat, under the Row tab. But is isn't! Is this a bug w/ 2007? It worked fine under 2003... Mark H. |

Why can't I get Word 2007 header row to repeat?
Make sure that the "Text wrapping" attribute of the table is not set to
"Around" -- Hope this helps. Please reply to the newsgroup unless you wish to avail yourself of my services on a paid consulting basis. Why can't I get Word 2007 header row to repeat?
Thanks, Doug, but no, it was set to "None", not "Around."

Why can't I get Word 2007 header row to repeat?
Make sure that only the top row(s) of the table are marked as heading rows.

Why can't I get Word 2007 header row to repeat?
OK, that worked! What I found was the WHOLE TABLE was set to repeat! So I
had toi first turn it off for the whole table, then turn it on for the header row only! I forgot about that weird possibility... (like why did the whole table default to repeating every row as the header in the first place???) Thanks! "Suzanne S. Btw, for some reason I am no longer receiving email notification of you guys'
replies -- even though I check the box below that says "notify me of replies." (??) "Suzanne S. Why can't I get Word 2007 header row to repeat?
Email notification has been broken for months. We keep asking MS to at least
post a notice saying it doesn't work, but alas... -- Suzanne S. Barnhill Microsoft MVP (Word) Words into Type Fairhope, Alabama USA http://word.mvps.org "Mark H." wrote in message ... Why can't I get Word 2007 header row to repeat?
When you tab out of a table row to create a new one, the new one replicates
all the settings of the existing one. If you create a heading row and mark it as such, then tab to create a new row... One reason I always start a table with two rows, one for the heading and one for the text. -- Suzanne S.
