Default help!

I was fooling around with form fields. Now, every time I go to word, the form
comes up. I try to "unprotect" the document, but when I close word and open
it, the document appears again. How do I get my blank new documents back?

Somehow, you've overwritten your normal.dot. Just rename it. See:
