Envelope Bar Code

In Microsoft Word, while typing envelopes, the bar code appears above the
address. How do I get the bar code to appear below the address, as required
by the Post Office?

It is *not* required by the post office and cannot be done through the Tools
| Envelopes and Labels dialog.
