Word merge is skipping rows from Access DB
I've set up a Word 2000 merge to an Access DB query that
combines and filters 2 tables and and puts into proper sort order. When I merge to a new document, it's skipping every other row from the database. I've also tried merging directly from a merged access table (not a query) and get the same results. Anyone experience this and have a solution? |

Sounds like you have a Next Record field in the mailmerge main document
where one is not required. -- Please respond to the Newsgroup for the benefit of others who may be interested. Questions sent directly to me will only be answered on a paid consulting basis. Hope this helps, Doug Robbins - Word MVP "Steve B" wrote in message ... I've set up a Word 2000 merge to an Access DB query that combines and filters 2 tables and and puts into proper sort order.
