Default convert number to english text. example: 2=two, 100=hundred

I am a civil engineer working in 40,000,000 dollar road construction project
in ethiopia. And I am a quantity surveyor. after calculating payments in
excel, I want to convert the numbers to english text.
example: 1,200,345.47 equals "one million two hundred thousand three hundred
forty five and 47/100"
