Method to export visio file to powerpoint for editing

Is it possible that I can export the visio file (Organisation chart) to Powerpoint for editing ? It is very useful, as not many people can use visio in a company. Very Urgent!!

By design, it is not possible to edit a visio org. chart using PowerPoint.
