Enter the user name and password for your ISP's email account.

Most ISPs in the U.S., if not all, require a user name and password to
access their email servers. When you setup your ISP's email account for the
first time, you almost certainly had to enter your user name and password.
Having done this, there is a check-off in Outlook that 'remembers' your user
name and password so you don't have to enter it every time.

Since you just installed Office, you are going to setup your email account
all over again, and you will be asked for your ISP's user name and password.
The user name is typically the portion of your email address before the '@'
symbol. If you have forgotten your password, contact your ISP.
