Default Stacked Columns with multiple categories

I am using Office 2000. This may be hard to explain, so I
apologize in advance...

I have 2 series. 1: Aided (%) 2: Unaided (%)
I have these values for two different dates (June and
August) and for two different categories (personal and
business).
I have all of this data for three companies (X, Y and Z).

What I would like to see is a stacked column chart showing
the series percentages, but the columns grouped by
business personal, date and company.

So, column group #1 would be for company X and show June
personal, June business, august personal, august
business... then there would be space before moving on to
column group #2 (company Y's figures).

I am able to something similar, but the columns are evenly
spaced all the way across.

Thanks in advance!

If you add some blank rows to the data, it will add spaces between the
sets of columns. For example:

Aided Unaided
X June Business 996 589
Personal 235 78
August Business 755 865
Personal 480 297
blank row
Y June Business 857 348
Personal 543 960
August Business 149 491
Personal 115 620

That SOMEWHAT works, but along the X-axis, there are blank
labels also. I now have Bus/Pers, Bus/Pers, blank...
This effect is similar what I need so I may just have to
omit the X-axis labels and insert text boxes manually.

Try to put an entry in the first cell of the blank row. Enter something=
=

like "test" to see what it does. Then replace that "test" with a space =
to =

remove the label.
