Total for negative amount
Hi all,
Need you advise on how to Sum-up the following amount only total the negative sign amount (from range A2 to A13) and the results is -34170 short 110 1160 -1000 -25500 2448 880 300 -8070 -140 340 500 0 total -34710

Hi,
Use the SumIf worksheet function. If your values are in cells A1:A15 then =SUMIF(A4:A15,"0") will return your total of -34710 --- Regards, Norman wrote in message ...
