Default Can I format the text of a Mail Folder in Outlook 2007?

Using Outlook 2007 on Vista. Have an odd request: can I format the text of a
specific mail folder(s)? I'd like to increase the font size/make bold/color
the main mail folders I have in the Navigation Pane. I use quite a few
folders so it would be nice to have the main one's stand out as I scroll up
and down.

No, those are all basically set in stone and you can't change one without
changing all. They are controlled to a degree by the windows theme you have
selected.
