Default The export could not be performed!!!

I tried to export some messages in hope to get one text file but I get the
answer: The export could not be performed! Your default MAPI store could not
be opende!

What should I do?

Thanks,
MD

Exporting only works with Outlook installed.

If you want one big text file, you can select all the messages you want =
and then go to Message | Combine and Decode. Or you can drag the =
messages outside of OE and then=20

copy *.eml onfile.txt

at the Command prompt in that directory.

Uh, huh, much job to do! In fact, I don't need a whole header, it would be
ideal to have only SUBJECT, FROM and DATE field and besides I would like to
save it automatically with name of the first message in the thread (don't
like much typing)!!

Do I ask to much ;-)!

Thanks,
MD
