Default Changing reply to address in email merge

I sending out small batches of mail merges (email option) that gets the data
from a simple excel sheet (including recipient addresses) but would like to
change the reply to (or from address) so that the clients respond to another
dept. Does anyone know if this is possible?

You need to create a log on and be logged into Outlook with the name to
which you want the responses sent.

Hope this helps.

The only issue I have with using an alternate log on is that we use an
exchange server and it will only allow one account per computer/login.

Does anyone know of an add in that allows me to alter the reply to address
while in word? I've seen a few that will do it stand alone but I need it to
happen in word if possible. ANY advice is appreciated.

thanks again,
