Default Outlook's Junk Mail Modual

Is anyone having a problem with the Junk Mail Modual in Outlook 2003. Since I loaded the last service pac, I have not been able to get Outlook to block my junk mail. I manually send it to the junk mail folder, it shows that it will be blocked but the new junk mail ends up in the Inbox and not in the Junk Mail folder.
