Msohelp.exe - Application Error

Default Msohelp.exe - Application Error

I upgraded several pc's to office service pack 3 this
weekend. After doing so I encountered an error on the
pc's when I have office open and I lunch the help
window.
Msohelp.exe - Application Error
The instruction at "0x6d638043"
Referenced memory at "0x00000000"

If I try to debug it and check in the System Event viewer,
I see the following;
Event Type: Information
Event Source: Application Popup
Event Category: None
Event ID: 26
Date: 10/9/2003
Time: 2:58:37 PM
User: N/A
Computer: COMMERCE
Description:
Application popup: Microsoft Word Help: msohelp.exe -
Application Error : The instruction at "0x6d638043"
referenced memory at "0x00000000". The memory could not
be "read".


Application Event Viewer reads the following;

Event Type: Information
Event Source: DrWatson
Event Category: None
Event ID: 4097
Date: 10/9/2003
Time: 2:34:21 PM
User: N/A
Computer: COMMERCE
Description:
The application, , generated an application error The
error occurred on 10/09/2003 @ 14:34:21.015 The exception
generated was c0000005 at address 6D638043



If you wish for me to email you the DrWastson error I can,
I did not find a way to attach it.
