Default how do i send an email blast using my emails in contact ?

1. is there a way to import all my contatcs into outlook address book?
Because i understand i can select them from there.

Default how do i send an email blast using my emails in contact ?

You should just use the Contacts Fiolder to send emails. Select the
Contacts there and then New Message to Contact. Or learn how to use Email
Merge to your Contacts.

There is no Address Book in Outlook. Your Contacts reside in your Contacts
Folder and nowhere else. If for some reason you think you need the address
book view of your Contacts (you don't), then configure it:
