Default start up tool

i have used the start up tool in access 20003 on my database to load a form
when the database is opened and in the startup configuration i unchecked some
boxes. now i cannot modify the databse anymore and i can't find out how to
change it back. on the otoolbar i donot have view or tools all i have is
file, edit, insert, records, windows and help. please help me beause this
database is very important. it was very hard for me to create

Hold down the SHIFT key as you open the database.
