Default Linking contacts

Is there a way I can link contacts in Outlook 2007 across several users, so
any changes made to a contact update in all users contacts??
We use categories at present, but still have to change the contact several
times over in each users contacts.

When sending a press release, we use the category and maje sure the details
are current - we would like a way ideally of creating a master list for press
release that updates any changes automatically.

Help??
Thanks

Emily

Sure. If you have an Exchange server, put your contacts in a public folder
Contacts. Anyone with permission to that folder will be able to see and use
its contents.

BCM might do the trick. If you have Office 2007 Professional or Small
Business, you already own it.

It is a light-weight CRM platform that has a campaign management
feature, which sounds to be really what want for this scenario, and
supports multiple users. Learn mo

If you upgrade to SBS 2008 or any other solution with Microsoft Exchange
server, public folders will work as well. You'll just need to click the
"Show this folder as an e-mail Address Book" in the contacts folder
properties.
