Default missing page icons

When I try to work with a four-sided card (invitation, etc.), I do not have
the page icons on the task bar on the bottom of the screen. Because of this,
I cannot go from one page to another. I used to have them there, but for
some reason, they have disappeared. How can I get them back? I don't see how
I can use Publisher for creating cards without them. Thanks
