Default Catalog bound on top

I am looking for a template that allows you to use a normal sheet of paper,
folded to make a book. Now I know this works for Catalogs, however I want to
bind it at the fold and have it turned with the fold at the top and open it
like a flip chart. Any suggestions. I can work it out, but the page
printout doesn't work in the booklet format.

HELP!

Does your printer have this setting? It will have something like "flip pages up." You
could also use the tent card option, add as many pages as needed. Publisher will
automatically print it correctly.

Default Catalog bound on top p.s.

If you use the tent card page one and page three will be back to back, this will
result in page 3 being upside down. This setup only works correctly with a four page
setup.
