Default News disappeared

Hello,

News disappeared from my Go menu. Help says that to put it back, go to
standard toolbaradd or remove buttonscustomizecommands tab. Select
category Go, then drag News from the Commands pane.

Unfortunately, News has disappeared from the Commands pane, too. How can I
get it back?

Thanks,

Elbert
