Default My send/receive command has disappeared - how can I get this back.

My send/recieve mail button and command under the action file has just
disappeared and as a result I am not recieving any mail.

How can I reinstate this. It isn't even located in the customise toolbars
section - it's disappeared altogether.

delete outcmd.dat and restart Outlook and see if it helps.
Is there an email account set up?
