Default Publishing a Acess Database

I have a small MS Access database that I would like to
publish on my website for clients to use and have it
automatically update. The database will also have a
switchboard with different options including printing. Is
it possible? If so, what do I need to do to make it work?

Thanks

Carol,
Access itself is not well equipped to do that. You probably need to create
an ASP.Net application to handle that for you.

You can also use ASP, ColdFusion, PHP,.. There are many possibilities but
none are as simple as creating a local/network Access application.

I have created several pages using Access and I use
Microsoft publishing and Front page to publish the pages
on my web .... This is easy and works very well except
that the database connection points to my local Database.
I am currently looking for info to make the Database
connection to point to my server.
In your case you will have the same problem ...but use
front page to publish it works do this:
Load your site in front page then click on the bottom
where ....."Remote Web site"this could be also your local
IIS.
Followthe instructions and you will see that works Ok.
If you do not have Front Page use the standard MS
Publishing program supplied with Windows it will do the
same job

Have Fun
Cesar
