Default How can I delete a duplicate empty Contacts folder

In Outlook 2003, in the Contacts display, I have one Contacts Folder.
However, in the Mail Display, if I click on the Address Book Icon, there are
two entries labeled Contacts. The first one is empty, and the second
contains my contact info. How can I delete the empty Contacts Folder?
