Default I have a problem printing a mail merge in Publisher

Up until recently, I had no problem printing my invoices in Publisher using
the mail merge feature and my database in Microsoft Access. Now, unexplicably
publisher is only allowing me to print the invoice that is on the screen. I
no longer have the otion to print various pages as I did in the past. For
example, I would print invoices 1-25 and then 25-50 and so on. I went back
into the publication and put in the fields again, but to no avail.
