Default Warning Message when Printing Labels

I use the labels wizard to format address labels. I select the approporate
Avery number, and all goes well designing the label.

When I run it, however, I get an warning saying that the labels may print
properly because the horizontal space is not sufficient, to decrease the
number of columns or length etc. etc. (doing so would change the standard
Avery layout, however)

Yet, after I click off the warning, the labels always print OK.

Why am I getting the warning, and is there a way to prevent it?

Regards,
Greg in Detroit

You are getting the warning because the labels are just a tad too wide
fit on the sheet when you take into account the width of the margins.
Make the report width a bit smaller and/or make the label width
smaller.

I just tried some 8160 labels in it and had the same problem. The default to
2.685 and I changed it to 2.5 and it worked perfectly. Oh to change that go
to the printer setup and on the last tab for column setup you will see it at
the bottom.
